Trump Executive Order on Elections is Unlawful

Defend The Vote Executive Director Brian Lemek released the following statement in reaction to Donald Trump’s unlawful executive order on elections.

“Donald Trump can’t quit lying about elections. Today he’s trying to stop eligible American citizens from voting. This executive order is unlawful. He does not have the authority to take this action, and he cannot unilaterally make up his own election law.”
