As we approach 2024, Defend The Vote (DTV) has kicked off its Senate endorsement program by backing top voting rights champions in key races across the country.
With more endorsements on the horizon, DTV has backed democracy reform leaders Ruben Gallego in Arizona, Andy Kim in New Jersey, Jacky Rosen in Nevada, and Colin Allred in Texas.
Defend The Vote is dedicated to electing pro-voting rights candidates who will preserve our democracy by fighting to safeguard free and fair elections, protect the right to vote, and increase voter access. Last cycle, DTV helped elect 55 pro-democracy House candidates and five Senate candidates.

TX-SEN: U.S. Rep. Colin Allred, a Democratic candidate to challenge U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, was endorsed Wednesday by Defend the Vote, a national voting rights group. Allred, a Dallas congressman and civil rights attorney by trade, is among at least a dozen Democrats running to take on Cruz for reelection.
