As a firefighter and a working-class candidate, I see voting rights as a working-class issue. Too many voter suppression tactics fall hardest on people who work long hours, juggle multiple jobs, or live in communities that have been overlooked for decades. When you make voting easier, you make it possible for working-class people to actually participate.
