Defend the Vote is on the frontlines, pushing back against the forces trying to gut the Voting Rights Act, suppress votes, and rig the system so no one can stop them. I’ve spent my entire career in public office expanding access to the ballot, fighting voter suppression, and being a loud, public voice for strengthening the right to vote. I’ve taken this fight to court—and I’ll take it to Congress, because our democracy only survives if we protect it.
